Signature Illumination Designs announced it is joining the Institute for Classical Architecture and Art (ICAA) – Texas Chapter. The ICAA is the premiere membership organization committed to promoting and preserving the practice, understanding, and appreciation of classical design, architecture and landscaping. Founded in 2006, the Texas chapter is a distinguished community of leaders in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, art and classical architecture.
Signature Illumination Designs is the first major landscape lighting company to join the ICAA Texas Chapter.
Landscape lighting is an increasingly integral element of architecture and landscape design, as outdoor architects aim to balance exterior environments and extend the usable time for green areas beyond daylight hours. The technology of landscape lighting solutions now provides an impressive range of aesthetics, precision, control and color temperatures.
“Exterior lighting design is an art and a science. We are always committed to delivering the most enjoyable and complete landscaping and exterior lighting solutions,” said Scott Beverly, founder of Signature Illumination Designs. “Working together with the membership at ICAA, we will advance our shared understanding and appreciation of classical landscape design.”
“We are thrilled to have Signature Illumination Designs join our ICAA Texas chapter,” added Brent Hull, chapter president for ICAA – Texas and founder at Hull Historical. “We look forward to a long and productive partnership as they help provide leadership, education and innovation in the area of exterior lighting solutions for our membership.”
As a first step, Signature Illumination Designs will contribute its expertise -- as the landscape lighting industry leader for large commercial and luxury residential installations in north Texas -- to the ICAA committees for education and partnerships.
