Marlin Landscape and DDLA Design developed a unique landscape design to complement the home that features mini lakes, specialty fire pits and a putting green.
For this one-of-a-kind home, Signature Illumination Designs developed an elaborate lighting solution to accentuate the unique features of the home while maximizing outdoor entertaining. Our goal was to develop an innovative design solution to ensure the property is well-lit, so the custom-built designs receive the attention they deserve.
Safety lighting was one of our top priorities for this project. Our professional lighting designers strategically incorporated a variety of lighting techniques, including moonlighting, path lighting, and accent lighting, to create an inviting outdoor space that provides the owners with peace of mind while navigating the property.
Relaxation right on the water. Our lighting installation around the fire pit creates a cozy and Intimate gathering space. We installed warm lights in the tips of the branches surrounding the space to mimic the look and feel of moonlighting. This technique adds a romantic ambiance and provides the perfect amount of illumination without distracting from the serene environment.
An evening stroll around the lake made easier with lights. We installed an array of cutting-edge fixtures to increase visibility around the lakeside trail. The path lights allow the trail to be safely used at night, while the warm glow from the moonlighting works as an alluring beacon drawing guests to explore the trail.
After enjoying a walk around the lake, it’s time to work on your golf swing. To transform this space into a putting green, we carefully selected lighting techniques that would provide a soft, inviting glow. The moonlights cast elegant shadows, while the uplights at the base of the trees add texture and create points of illumination. The lighting allows guests to tee off whenever they’d like.
